Located in a quite neighborhood on the Marathahalli outer ring road is The Bunker. It is a studio room attached to a villa in a gated community. You will have access to the studio room only. The bunker comes with its own private entrance, parking. It is equipped with a kitchen with all the basic essentials and utensils to make a short stay comfortable (No gas stove, only induction) a workspace is present with High Speed WIFI, TV, chromecast, UPS backup, A/C, queen size bed (with extra mattress). *THINGS TO NOTE* 1) The surroundings are completely resedential mainly comprising of families and senior citizens, so please act accordingly. No noise complaints will be tolerated at all. 2) The washroom is small, functional and clean. 3) No parties, No loud music post 8PM, please maintain the peace. 4) There is only 2 small windows present so if doors are closed there is very little to no natural light, to keep the ventilation flowing there are 2 exhaust fans running. 5) You may use the layouts facilities such as badminton court, Squash court etc available at the club house but as a guest, and will have to pay the association a small fee to do so. 6) The layout is extremely safe, quite and peaceful, with security available 24/7 on patrol. You can walk around at 3AM at ease and even see other residents doing so. 7) Pets are welcome but at an additional cleaning charge, it is also the owners duty to clean up after them if need be. 8) No smoking 9) Visitors will not be allowed post 7PM. 10) Inside the washroom there is a LADDER that leads to another storage room, which you have access to, if you find it hard to use a ladder you could simply ignore this room. However there are cupboards that can be utilised. You'll be staying in someone's home, please respect it.
