check in: 1. host never sent check in code or any information about facility. did not respond to message on airbnb, finally called them and they said “oh sorry, i dont know how we missed it”. 2. very hard to find this place. street and parking: An SUV will have a tough time getting to this town house. getting into the garage is another challenge as there is not much road space to back out nor back in or turn. road / street just wide enough for only one vehicle to drive. internet: terrible - could not do my work on internet from this place. TV which is connected to internet kept freezing. water pressure : terrible. had to use local gym for shower. Hot water : you will have to run water for good 5 min till you finally get hot water. doors: none of the doors in this place align. master bathroom door is not cut wide - no privacy. communication: Host took extremely long to respond to any of my questions. Good things : this is a newly built facility, was clean

Brand new place - amazing condition. Great location - can walk to square or WMT HQ. A little hard to find bc it’s so new not in Google. But host very helpful and responsive.

The host for fantastic and the location was central to Bentonville and easy to get anywhere you might want to go . I will absolutely stay there again.
