Vi trivdes väldigt bra i Kims hus! Kommer definitivt tillbaka. Huset var precis som beskrivning. Toppen tycker vi! Bodde där en månad. Allt finns inom gångavstånd om man gillar att promenera.

Kim’s house was as cute as the pictures conveyed. Yes, it’s on a busy street but never posed a problem for us. Kim is incredibly responsive and checked on us when Coronado experienced unexpected flooding. The house was just adorable. The king bed (only one we used) was super comfortable. And the living area was comfortable as well. I highly recommend Kim’s house. It was convenient for the bay side of the island and the ferry over to San Diego. And equally convenient for the beach and Orange Ave shopping and restaurants. My husband and I had a wonderful visit to Coronado and look forward to coming back again!

Was here for an extended stay and it was a great home away from home. Easy walk to the bay, quick drive to the beach, and very close to the bridge/easy to get to SD. Place was equipped with everything we needed and Kim was a wonderful, responsive host who went above and beyond. Everything in the listing was accurate (there’s a warning about street noise and it was not an issue at all in the bedrooms, and not bad elsewhere). Would absolutely stay here again.

Our stay at Kim’s was excellent! The house was clean and cozy, with lots of vintage charm. The well stocked kitchen was a major highlight - it had every utensil or appliance you could need, which made our month-long stay feel like home. Even though it’s street parking, we rarely had issues finding a spot. A private area for bike storage was also extremely helpful.
