We had a bad experience to start with on a different location and I reached out to Emily last minute to reserve her location and she responded quickly and we got right to it. She told me when to check in and check out, the codes for doors, we had a pet and she accommodated it. The pet fee she charged wasn’t going through for some glitch on air bnb site and she was patient on getting it. The first night we notice the toilet was leaking and once we told her (it was late at night) she answered first thing that morning and had plumbers there to fix it! Great host! It happened to be bike week while we were there and her house is right on the road so we could sit on the porch and watch the bikes and walk right across street to the beach!

Emily was a fantastic host, she answered any questions perfectly and was very helpful. We had a great time and would definitely stay again. only issues we had was the oven and noisy neighbors.
