Centrally located near three hospitals, parks, bus line and airports. Peaceful neighborhood. Zen vibed house. Home is quiet and a relaxing place to stay. There is full flight of stairs up to 2 private rooms and bath. The private den is equipped with a mini refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker and TV. Snacks, refreshments, light breakfast fare, and ice bucket provided upon arrival. A resident house cat, Oliver does not go in private quarters, nor on any furniture and no wall to wall carpeting, for those with sensitivities.

Susan's place was very comfortable and welcoming. It was well appointed. The exquisite art was a pleasant touch. Susan thought of everything, right down to the labels and reading glasses. :)

It is a flat, quiet development where many neighbors walk their dogs and children. There is a beautiful paved path along the river just a few blocks from the house.
Many transportation options. Driving and parking anywhere is easy here. Walking distance to many restaurants. I walk and ride my bike everywhere I need to go, rarely driving. There is a bus stop a short block away, along with several taxi options.
