It is a nice and big place however it is still new, not much kitchen amenities nor extra blanket. The location is good and safe. The internet was not wide enough so lots of blank spots inside the house. Despite whatever is lacking Cheryl is a very nice responsive person. We love our stay

This house is very clean and spacious, located in a peaceful neighborhood. There is a nice living room, family room and two balconies. We love the roomy kitchen and cute backyard. The host accommodated our request to check in early. We would definitely come back again

Stayed at Cheryl’s place this last weekend. We had a security related issue upon checking in and she immediately addressed it by installing a double sided deadbolt lock to separate the guest portion of the home from the other tenants. Prior to that amendment, there was only a privacy style lock on the basement door. I walked into someone’s apartment only to have them push the door shut against me. It wasn’t disclosed that there are other tenant spaces inside the home, so that was unfortunate and very disconcerting. There is also another dwelling across the back courtyard inside the fence in space. We didn’t expire over since realizing this was a multi tenant space. No top sheet or sleeping pillows, just bottom sheet, comforter and duvet pillows on the beds. Some stains on the carpets here and there. The window sills and related areas needed to be cleaned. All in all not a bad stay 3/5 due to initial security concerns and not sharing you aren’t alone.

Cheryl was a great host and was very quick to respond to questions I had about the property. The house was fully furnished and very clean. I felt very comfortable with my kids roaming around the house without getting hurt or getting into anything that could cause damage to the property or each other! The kitchen had lots of room and counter space for us to cook together. There are also two separate living rooms so the house felt spacious and we felt very comfortable during our stay!
