Ash's place on Aitutaki is perfect. great location, and so relaxing. The Kayaks and paddleboards were fantastic. The guidebooks were also fabulous and the recommendations of places to eat were spot on. Thanks so much. we will be back. :)

Beautiful location on the beachfront in a lovely garden setting. We enjoyed lying on the daybeds on the front decking & looking out through palm trees towards the water! The Villa offers lots of space, with a good sized kitchen, dining and lounge. The living area is not air conditioned, but we found that the fans and cross-breeze was sufficient (the windows are louvred and have fly screens). The bedrooms both have air con, so sleeping was very comfortable. The Villa isn’t new, so we did notice a few things that were not in perfect condition or needed some cleaning. However these were not major issues, and we found the place very functional and a relaxing place to reside. Ash was super helpful with advice and recommendations, and answered any questions that we had (before and during our stay). Note: There are two villas available, we stayed in Matatui Villa 1, which is on the beachfront, the other Villa is set a little further back (but still only a few steps to the beach!)
