Love this house and location! Would definitely stay again. Very comfortable beds!

I think that we were the first renters. There are a few electrical, problems and the disposal was not working. I would suggest hand towels in the bathrooms and kitchen. A greater variety of cooking pots/pans. Some serving bowls. I would also suggest shampoo, conditioner and body wash in bathrooms. 3 in 1 soap is okay for toddlers. Furniture was quite sparse. An additional chair or 2 and a coffee table would be helpful. On a good note, the parking was easy and accessible. The bathrooms were new and nice. Good water pressure. Lots of closet space. Then owner and property manager were responsive and the place has great potential. With attention to the above the place will be great!!

This is a beautiful home with an interesting mix of modern upgrades with the home's original elements, like a wood fire stove and ornate fireplaces. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Clean towels and wash clothes available in every room. The home appears to be newly renovated with modern bathrooms and showers. The house has AC in every room, although the sound of the air blowing is noticeable, but not overwhelming. The garage is a tight squeeze for an SUV, but manageable, the host offered street parking as well at no charge. Would definitely recommend for large groups. Overall had a wonderful stay!

Adrian’s place was exactly as described, clean and large enough for a big group! Location is excellent for exploring Short North, restaurants, bars, and nearby parks!
