The location in itself wasn’t bad I just had concerns about my room. I took pictures just in case I was blamed for any damages that were there when I arrived. The toilet wasn’t the cleanest, there is rust in a few places in the bathroom, there were brown burn marks in the bath tub, the bath tub was dirty with a leftover imprint of a bath mat that wasn’t there, there was dust on most surfaces, the AC had wire exposed. After catching housekeeping on the floor they said that they would clean the room since they were cleaning the others on that floor. My room was never touched. Concierge seemed overwhelmed with every encounter I had with them. The remote was filthy and sticky to the touch. Stains were on the bed, the floor, on the desk, on the AC, and the walls. Thankfully I packed disinfectant but despite having a pile of unclean sheets & requesting clean towels & wash cloths all weekend my stay was peaceful.
Everything was great, worth the money
The front desk could not find the reservation and the host did not respond for 2 hours. All on a weekend when Philly was sold out. Terrible experience.
