Apartamento agradable. La zona un poco solitaria y peligrosa. Solo no caminar a altas horas de la noche. La única recomendación sería que dejaran limpiones para la cocina. Lo demás excelente. Gracias Wellcome.

En cuanto al alojamiento es muy cómodo y agradable, el sector es complejo en cuanto a los ruidos nocturnos y con recomendaciones de seguridad por su cercanía al centro de la ciudad. La cercanía a la estación del Metro Hospital facilita el desplazamiento para muchos lugares. El apartamento es nuevo por lo que algunos de los servicios descritos en la publicación no se encontraron al momento de la estancia. El Host muy amable, pendiente de todo y con respuesta oportuna.
El apartamento y el Edificio muy lindos, todo limpio y organizado. El lugar donde está ubicado el edificio queda a una cuadra de un sector peligroso, queda cerca a la estación del metro de hospitales y prado, la de prado es muy peligrosa, hay muchísima indigencia, delincuencia, no es recomendable salir a caminar por la zona, la única manera de salir seguros del sector es con carro o pidiendo algún transporte de aplicación. Si van en carro asegúrense de no coger vías cerca del metro, mejor solo coger la principal de Medellín. También se nos cobró un “servicio” de parqueadero por un valor de 25 mil pesos la noche por guardar el carro, no es gratuito como dice en la descripción del alquiler del apto. En general el apartamento estaba tal cual las fotos, todo nuevo, muy limpio, organizado, las camas son muy cómodas, el apartamento en general estuvo muy bien para descansar los días que estuvimos en Medellín. Solo es tener en cuenta la seguridad del sector y el “servicio” de parqueadero.
