Welcome to my newly renovated, Edwardian, cosy, self-contained terraced house. Liverpool City Centre is only around 20 minutes by bus (Number 437) or regular metro and even less by car via the Mersey Tunnel. You will need to take the famous 'Ferry Across The Mersey' if you wish to walk. There is a beautiful park just 2 minute's walk from the house and less to the bus stop, shops and amenities. New Brighton beach is also just a 15 minute drive or 35 minutes by train or bus. Relax in the lounge and watch TV, prepare a meal in the fully-equipped kitchen and dine in the spacious dining room. Free WiFi. Upstairs has both a double and single bedroom plus bathroom with full bath and rainfall-style power-shower. A 4th guest can be accommodated on a spare mattress either in the single or double room. A rear yard and free on-street parking.

Jonathan was a great host, made it so easy for us to get settled into the place and very responsive. The house is spacious, clean and really homely! We really enjoyed our stay and will be booking again when we visit. Cannot fault the stay.
Fantàstica casa en un lloc molt ben comunicat, ens hi hem trobat com a casa. L'amfitrió molt atent i amable ens ha comunicat tot perfectament i sempre està atent per saber si tot funciona correctament.
Johnathan desde o início foi sempre muito solicito. Estava viajando com a minha filha e ele se dispôs a colocar um colchão extra no chão do quarto para ela. Eu levei meu secador de cabelo, porém a viagem era diferente e ele proativamente comprou um para deixar na casa como um utensílio. Casa muito limpa, espaçosa, com todos os utilitários basicos para quem vai ficar uns dias e quer se sentir em casa. Bairro tranquilo, ao lado de um mercado e de fácil acesso a transporte para levar ao centro de Liverpool. Super recomendo!

A quiet area with traditional brick,back-to-back Edwardian bay-window terraced houses. The famous Birkenhead Park is just a 2 minute walk as are the bus stop and shops.
A quiet location just 20 minutes from central Liverpool and just a one minute walk to local shops (including an Aldi), takeaways, medical centre, bus stop for the city and a beautiful park. The nearest railway station (Birkenhead Park) is just a 10 minute (800m) walk.
The house is situated across the River Mersey from Liverpool so the city centre is only walkable via the ferry. However, access is superb either by car (10 minutes - via the Mersey Tunnel), by bus (17 minutes) or by local train (9 minutes). Fares are very cheap and weekly/monthly tickets are also available. The last buses/trains back from the city are between 2345 and midnight and taxis are easy to find.
Liverpool and Everton Football Clubs are both either a 16 minute drive/taxi or around 50 minutes by bus. Liverpool Arena is about a 10 minute walk from the city centre.
