Being within walking distance to the most trendy restaurants, shops, coffee shops, bars, and many more makes this home a true city living experience and memorable experience. My place is a spacious 785 sq. ft., with luxury ceiling tall windows and plenty of natural light. Thoughtfully decorated for contemporary/chic decor lovers who will also love the architectural interior design of the building. Easy access to freeways that take you to the beach cities and themed parks. It is only 2 blocks away from the ballpark (Petco Park), a 10-15 walk from the Convention Center (Comic-Con) and the business district. ****This apartment is loft-style, It is made to accommodate 2 people. But can fit up to 3 upon request. *********** The apartment offers: 1 King size bed- sleeps, 2 people 1 air mattress sofa- sleeps, 1 person The air mattress & electric pump will be available- upon request. -Scented shampoo, body wash and conditioner -Pots, pans, coffee maker/Coffee, tea and toaster. -Dishware -Utensils -Fast wifi -Netflix -Spotify -Pandora *Particular programming (sports games, fight channels) may be bought upon request. -Gym -A courtyard with amazing views and chairs for sunbathing. Everything is set and ready to be used.

This stay was okay. I personally wouldn’t stay again the pipes were very noisy at night which didn’t allow my partner and me to sleep. The apartment itself was bare bones, the lighting was quite dim, and the linens were old with a distinct smell. It’s in a great location and the roof top amenities are nice but I think it really could use a little updating and maintenance. If they put some time into the apartment it could become a really nice stay.

Great location for a great price! It was walking distance to Gaslamp Quarter that has loads to see, eat, and do. The zoo, amusement parks, historical sites, and beaches are all less than or within 30-minute drive from this place. Elly was also very friendly and prompt, overall a great host! Will definitely have this place saved for our next visit to SD 😊

***Downtown tends to have a higher level of homeless people than other parts of the county. ( Have this in mind before booking your stay)
You will love staying in this cozy and quiet apartment after a busy day full of activities. The apartment is one block away from public transportation that will take you to the most beautiful attractions of San Diego. The World famous San Diego Zoo, A walk full of art and culture from Balboa park where you can also find museums, The Harbor Bay, and watch all the cruise ships arriving from many parts of the world, You will be just steps away from the Petco Park (home of the baseball padres) so, no hustle for Parking when you’re here to catch a baseball game. The closest beach is Coronado Beach island (it’s a must) If you’re a solo traveler you will be close to the business center and a few blocks (walking distance) from the Convention Center. we also provide a high-speed WIFI connection.
Everything around downtown is within walking distance however, Public transportation will be only 4 blocks away depending on where you are going. Also, Uber and Lyft are roaming around town therefore, it is never a problem to commute. If you're looking for a fun and interesting drive, try renting one of the electric scooters and bikes that are parked around town.
