Welcome to Barr-Avel! We are delighted to welcome you to our beach house in Piriac-sur-mer. With its 180° sea view, direct access to the beach and magnificent sunsets, you will undoubtedly enjoy your stay. The house location is perfect if you want to take a walk on the seaside path, to fish in the creek in front of the house or discover the charming village of Piriac-sur-mer. Facing the sea, the house has a spacious enclosed garden. You can bask in the sun all day long and admire the sunsets over the bay in the evening. The swing, ping-pong table, garden furniture and deckchairs are all at your disposal so you can make the most out of the outdoors in complete privacy. Perfect for families and friends, the house can comfortably accommodate up to 11 guests. Ground floor: a large and convivial living room with fully-equipped and open kitchen. You will also find 2 bedrooms (140x200cm beds), a bathroom with washing machine and dryer, and a separate toilet. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (each with 140x200cm beds, 1 with an extra 90x200cm bed), another cozy living room, a bathroom and separate toilet. The house is both welcoming and comfortable. It offers spacious, convivial living spaces, so that everyone can enjoy their stay. Recently renovated, it is a pleasure to live in, summer and winter alike. You will never get bored of the sea view from the garden and inside the house. Many activities are accessible from the house on foot or by bike. You can take a walk along the coastal path from Piriac to Quimiac, or enjoy a day at the beach through the gate at the end of the garden. The charming village of Piriac-sur-mer is less than 15 minutes away by bike. Here you will find all the local shops (bakery, pharmacy, mini-market), bookshop, local boutiques, the sailing school, crêperies and restaurants. After a wonderful day out, indulge in a delicious snack, we recommend the famous “Gros Jules” lollipops or “Le Pôle Nord” artisanal ice creams. By car, the fortified town of Guérande is 20 minutes away, the Mès salt marshes 22 minutes, and La Baule Escoublac train station 25 minutes. You can easily park 5 cars in the house parking lot. And in case of beautiful stormy days, we have board games, TV, wifi and a ping-pong table sheltered under the awning. On arrival, you'll find a welcome booklet in the house, filled with our favorite local spots and suggestions for exploring our beautiful region.
