Sam was a sweet and caring but the property needs remodeling the place have a strong smell like if it was flooded. We arrived at the check in and they were still cleaning and rushed out that it wasn’t well clean. The host did reply to me offering more hours for the check out but I didn’t see her message until later that day. She try to resolved the issue and make us feel better but it was not a good experience with the property cleaning.
