Review of rental is strictly based on experience with Vacasa Florida & not the unit itself. Check-in was at 4:00pm (CST). We arrived at 4:15pm & immediately noticed we could not enter the unit. The entry code was incorrect. We tried the code several times over the course of 15 minutes. I called the phone number provided, @ 4:30pm, & was on hold for 28 minutes, until I had my husband call on his response. At no time was either call answered. I called Airbnb & immediately spoke to a representative. She verified the entry code we were given & asked us to try again. The code still would not work. She said she would call the local Vacasa office for assistance. She stated she would do her best to have the issue resolved within an hour. I explained to her that we’d been on the road since 4:00am (driving from Texas) & were exhausted. We ended up canceling & drove home the next day.
