Place is spacious, nice TV and dining table, and the kitchen is functional. But the pictures are inaccurate and much nicer than the place. There is junk and trash on the property. Property can use significant amount of maintenance and upkeep.

This is a very old home on a working farm, so keep that in mind. The home was very clean, the rooms are spacious, everything was in working order, plenty of hot water, and the house had the basic amenities. We didn't spend much time here. Basically just slept here. The home is on a main road but it is surprisingly quiet, with lots of farmland surrounding the general area. The price point was right. Andre was very communicative and responsive. The house was easy to get into with clear instructions.

This is space is so unbelievably lovely! I80 was closed due to a storm so I decided to randomly head down to Colorado to wait it out. I ended up staying for a second night because, as an artist, I felt it to be so inspiring. It’s very spacious and just so very lovely. Also the hosts are very kind and make excellent chai :)
