The area is extremely safe, the many new build complexes being occupied by working professionals attracted by the proximity of the location to Canary Wharf itself and also central London via the Jubilee line (5 minute walk) and the fantastic new Elizabeth line (10 minute walk).
The immediate area has a great selection of bars and restaurants within a stones throw, including the famous Goodman's steak house next door, a Mediterranean restaurant and bar on the ground floor (Hazev) as well as other venues. Head in to Canary Wharf itself for an even wider selection including the Ivy, The Big Easy and ROKA to name a few.

You also have the choice of three Docklands Light Railway stops within a short walk, South Quay, Heron Quay and Canary Wharf. The DLR takes you in to the City of London and South to Greenwich.
