Very friendly host - I had a very nice stay for 2 nights. The place is relaxed, calm and in close walk distance to both city center and the forrest outside the city. The room is fine and spacious with a fine dobble bed - lots of space for bags. The bathroom was clean. In the house there is a dog which is currious and friendly :-) Therefor also hairs from dog on the floor. The house is old and is beeing renovated therefor a little messy some places, but fine kitchen facilities. In any case, I would recommend staying at the place :-)
