Airbnb looked like the photos and has recently been renovated. Very responsive host!
As soon as we walked in the home was exact as the photos. Also you can smell the cleanliness of the home. The decor was also welcoming. Kids loved that there was board games. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay!!! Thank you once again Seth!

We had a fantastic time at Seth’s house. The home was perfect for our family. If you’re looking for a very clean location to stay while in Sacramento – this place, is it! The house is equipped with everything you need, and you feel right at home. We valued the comfortable beds, hot showers, and waking up to an open space kitchen/dining concept where we could prepare breakfast and enjoy a family meal before heading out to the touristic locations. We also appreciated the convenience of a full size clothes washer and dryer in its own separate space. The house is at proximity to highways, restaurants, department stores, and malls. We had a chance to do day trips to Lake Tahoe, San Francisco, and Six Flags. On a rainy day we went to the nearby mall which has plenty to do. Communication with the owners was always quick, easy, friendly, and professional. Don’t hesitate to book your stay here!
All communication was seamless, streamlined, straight and to the point, with accurate and helpful information. We stayed 7 days over spring break and Easter Holiday, March 2024. The home is very comfortable with all the basic necessities. Whenever we had any questions or concerns, from getting the shower water hotter, to resetting the door code when we added an additional night, the communication was fast and concerns were not only addresses but taken care of. We will definitely stay at another of Seth's properties in the future if we are looking in the area again. And the beds, especially the two kings, were extremely comfortable.
