Wendy is a great host, reactive and helpful ! The place is great, comfy bed, good shower, equipped kitchen. Honest review is that the neighbourhood is very local - calm yet charming - and you will need to take a mototaxi (10GTQ pp) to isla de Flores as this is where most of the (tourist) bars and restaurants are. Walking there (20min) feels long on sunny days and they advise not to walk after dark. Regular taxi is about (40-60GTQ or 5-8USD one way). The wifi works great, just for long professional calls, it does have some interruptions. The street has stores close by and a mercado and overall it is a great choice if you don't mind the small commutes.

Amazing value for the quality and space you get with Wendy’s apartment. Easy check in. Comfortable space with A/c in the room and basically everything else you would need. She was easy and quick to communicate and help me with anything during my stay. Important to note this is a mile walk away from Isla Flores but still manageable to get there via Tuktuk. Would stay again
