Modern and cozy room with private bathroom is part of the San Vincenzo Rooms Guest House and is perfect for 3 guests. The accommodation is located in the renovated building in Vigonza, which is 10 minutes by car from the center of Padua and on the direct route to Venice and Treviso. Ideal for couples and professionals, it offers comfortable and silent stays in an elegant environment On the ground floor of the building there is the Literary Bistrot bar for those who want to have lunch The Guest House is located on the first floor of an elegant period building without a lift, carefully maintained and consists of 8 private rooms, an interesting aspect if you travel in company, but you always want to have your own privacy. The Room 5 has a queen bed, a single bed, a wardrobe, TV, desk and a private bathroom. Our guests will also have unlimited WiFi, air conditioning (each room has its own split), heating with fan coil, microwave oven and a fridge. Balcony. Possibility of parking bicycles. There is a service room (with cleaning tools). BREAKFAST IS NOT PROVIDED. Our apartment is part of the tourist accommodation facilities as a holiday home - it is not a bed & breakfast - and by law we cannot provide food and / or drinks

Mériterai des ustensiles pour 3 personnes ( tasses, cuillères, assiettes…) attention aux remontées des odeurs d’égouts.
We stayed in a very smelly bathroom. The smell was very hard I even got my nose blocked and had a terrible fever. We called one of the host it was guy named Alessandro to help us and with the bathroom he was very rude from the start I explained about the bathroom and he told me that It’s not possible that I can get sick because of a bad smell and it’s not true that the bathroom smells. And he bluntly told me he’s not going to come because have another important things to do so he’ll not come to help. Terrible!! Never again!

Vigonza (Vigónsa in Veneto dialect) is an Italian town of 22,008 inhabitants in the province of Padua, in the Veneto region located north-east of the capital.Centre and suburbs: the municipality, partly developed on the Roman grid, borders with the Province of Venice and has seven suburbs: Busa, Codiverno, Peraga, Perarolo, Pionca, San Vito and Vigonza, the latter chief town, which is located along the road state road 515 Noalese, originating from the fusion of the ancient streets coming respectively from Treviso (Via Noalese) and Mestre (Via Miranese) .Busa constitutes a populous new area that can almost be considered the first suburbs of Padua, Pionca and Codiverno are hamlets with a vocation agricultural, Peraga owns the beautiful villa built in 1300 on the remains of the Da Peraga Castle while San Vito is a fraction separated from the rest of the municipal area by the deviation of the Brenta, located a short distance from the center of Noventa Padovana.
We are in the Padova Est area not far from the motorway exit and the suburban bus stop is a few meters away.

The nearest Busa di Vigonza train station is about 3km away and is very convenient for reaching Padua or Venice: it has free parking.
The structure is convenient for reaching the center of Padua, the Fair, the Hospital, the Gran Teatro Geox, the Euganeo Stadium and the University.
