Pros: The host was very helpful with directions in New York and very responsive. The house was a decent size as well as was filled with a lot of different things that one can use including a keyboard! It was a very fair price for the area we were in, it was very safe. Cons: It was soooo hot and we were asked to keep the house at 80 degrees. When we asked if we could turn it down, we were only allowed to turn it down to 78 & crack a window if it gets too hot, which made it hard to sleep. The shower was also colder than what we were used to as well.

We enjoyed our stay; Nickoda’s place was lovely 😊. It was also convenient. Nickoda was friendly and accommodating as well as always responsive to our every need or inquiry!

Nickcoda’s place was one of the best stays I’ve had in Airbnb. It was beautifully decorated, easy to get to, and comfortable. Nickcoda is extremely responsive and provided breakfast items which was a really nice touch. Was super flexible as I booked last minute. Definitely recommend this host and this place!

I regret to say that my experience at this rental property was extremely disappointing. Despite the description promising cleanliness and adherence to policies, the reality was quite the opposite. The property was not adequately cleaned, and it clearly violated all stated expectations. From unkept amenities to a general lack of hygiene, it fell far short of what was advertised. It's unfortunate that such discrepancies existed, as it greatly detracted from the overall enjoyment of my stay.
