The host met us in the lobby around 2am due to our late flight. He welcomed us and gave us a complete tour and instructions of the Airbnb. The place had plenty of towels, beach towels, cooler, beach chairs, plenty of household necessities and was very clean and modern. I was very happy with this booking.

Love this place if I could I would buy it and make it my house. It was an amazing place and location was incredible. The host gave us a lot of places to go and guide us through the whole trip. I highly recommend it

This place was amazing! The views were really great, the condo was beautiful. It is located very close to many restaurants, beach, etc. You do want to be aware at night when walking around, but we never felt unsafe. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the property manager who walked us through everything. Although it was more involved than a self-check in, he was very friendly, responsive, and helpful! You will be checked in by the condo front desk (license and picture). You will need a white key fob card to access the garage level via elevator and parking garage doors. GPS took us to the back of the building, but you need to go to the front to check in. Unit is on the 20th floor and the windows open all the way, so be wary if you have small children! We walked in to a virtual fireplace which was a nice touch. There were a few areas that could’ve used extra cleaning (shower, kitchen sink, etc) but it was overall a great experience! Amenities all as described. Definitely worth every penny!

First and foremost, OUR STAY WAS AMAZING! From check in to check out, the hardest part was leaving. The views was breathtaking. The condo is beautiful and CLEAN! The host was wonderful. The location is special, nestled just before Old San Juan. We had no problem getting around to enjoy the rest of the city via Uber and scooters. (I DONT RECOMMEND DRIVING for out of town people...they drive different)The beach is 1 block away and yes its beautiful. I know being in PR you might want to take your taste buds on the trip also but El Hamburguer is hands down the best food. We stayed for 7 days and ate there at least 6 times. We had the whole menu! The surrounding area is still recovering from storms of past, there are vacant buildings but we felt safe. The vibes is AMAZING, and worth every penny. We have no regrets!
