very friendly host and very easy to communicate with. the condo was spotless clean very comfortable with good air condition also had a washing machine and nice balcony with beautiful view of jomtien. it is only a few minutes walk from the beach and nearby shops and restaurants. also had a beautiful rooftop pool and gym on the 3rd floor
