It was a bit tricky to find the parking and obtain the keys to access the apartment. Maybe it needs a clearer instruction driving to the carpark and parking there from the street. But Jake is a great host and provides a quick response and helps what we needed while we stayed. The location is great and easy and close to the train station. The place is clean. Overall it is a nice and afforable place to stay while visiting Sydney.

We found the Hurstville property ideal for our stay in Sydney with great views, close to amenities and the apartment was clean and spacious.

Yes, you have the views as mentioned (City/sea). Communication was great but a lack of knowing what is happening in the building is not good (planned maintenance that we made them aware of). Dishwasher was blocked and nothing done about it during our short stay. Location is brilliant - train station just a short 2min walk away and within 20mins you are in the city. 30min drive to/from the airport. 10-15mins and you are at Botany Bay and it's beaches - 30mins and you are at Cronulla and it's beach. 10mins and you are at the M5. Car parking available which was great and free (reason we chose this over others and also a hotel we had already booked) but I wouldn't feel confident trying to park anything bigger than a medium sized SUV in the spot (say Mazda CX-5 sizing) oh and reverse into the spot - so much easier than trying to drive into it (back seat passengers will never get out parking in frontwards)

It was a wonderfull place to stay but they should change the way of their lock and the key location as the apartment is one side and the key and lock to collect the key well away from the building somewhere outside back of the building . Apart from that it was comfortable .
