The building has a huge event plaza and a Mall connected to it at the ground level and this plaza features a nice water feature, Kids play area - out door- along with more than 20 restaurants around and inside the mall.
The building is located at a prime location on an island between 2 (5) stars hotels ( Grand Hayat and Mondrian Hotel ) both are a way 2 min walking distance across the street and the Ritz Carlton is adjusted behind the complex within 5 min walking distance
Metro line Access :
Your Metro Station ( Lagtaifia) is 7 Min walking distance from the building on the redline connect you directly to: ( the maximum ride is 22 min away and the cost PP is 0.64 USD per trip )
- 3 stadiums ( Al Wakra - 974 - Lusail ( where the final game will be )
- Hamad International Airport
- Al Doha Cornish and Doha City Centre - where all attractions / old city - is connected to this line and away 10 min.
- For all other Stadiums, just change to Yalow line from city centre and you are there.

By the way i usually take a walk to city centre which is 30min walk since the weather during November till April is perfect in Doha ( 24-29 D.C ).
