The Garden Cabin is a newly built dwelling situated in the corner of our garden with its own private entrance and outside decked area with seating. We are situated in a residential area of Falmouth, the cabin is a 15 minute flat , wooded walk to Swanpool Beach, with access to the coastal path, a 10 minute walk to Penmere train station with regular trains to Truro, the bustling port of Falmouth and Penryn for the University campus. The co op is a 5 minute walk away. On street parking.

Great place. Near to Falmouth. More residential than in town. if you need some where quieter than the sea front or town.
Sue has done an amazing job here, a really well appointed cabin, we felt completely at home. Brilliant kitchen facilities, lovely shower and the fluffiest towels I've ever seen. Plus a great space to sit and chill after a long day mooching around town. It's a 25 minute walk into the centre of Falmouth, or a 15 minute walk to the nearest beach - which has an EXCELLENT restaurant if you enjoy seafood. The area was quiet and we felt totally private, the weather wasn't great when we stayed, so we couldn't enjoy the outdoor seating, but that's not Sue's fault!! We could park right out side on the street, and access was really easy - one or two small steps down to the decking area from street level. I can't recommend this place highly enough. Thanks Sue, for being a great host!
