Enjoy being just a 4 minute walk from the centre of Perth's best restaurant strip. Centrally located, it is a 10 minute bus ride into the city centre. By car, it's approximately 10 minutes to Curtin Uni or Optus Stadium, 20 minutes to Perth Airport, 25 minutes to Cottesloe Beach or Lesmurdie Falls. You'll recognise the house by the native garden inspired by local walking trails. Guests have a separate entry and private access to a main bedroom, bathroom and a living area/second bedroom. Our house "Urban Trails" finished construction in 2023 and was designed with Airbnb in mind. The guest area is split off from the rest of the house by a locked door giving you complete privacy during your stay. The walls and doors are insulated to reduce noise spreading from one side of the house to the other. The front room of the house has been converted to be a dual purpose area. For most guests it will be their living area with TV and Chromecast, sofa bed, bar fridge, microwave, sandwich press, complimentary tea and coffee. It also includes a table to work on or eat meals at. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and underbed drawers, built-in robes, towels and additional blankets. If you're travelling with a friend and want an extra bed please let us know at least 48 hours before arrival. We will fold out and prepare the sofa bed with sheets, quilts and pillow for your arrival. An extra one-off fee of $60 will apply. Fee does not apply to bookings of 3 or 4 people. There is a caretaker who lives onsite at the rear of the property that can assist with any issues.
A very well planned suite, we felt right at home. Lots of restaurants close by and easy to catch public transportation into the cbd. Sparkling clean, comfy bed, perfect stay. 10/10!

Felt right at home away from home upon arrival. Mitchell and Rebecca have been very proactive and friendly in their communication in ensuring that my friend and I are having as much comfort and convenience as possible during our stay. Price effective per person for small duos/trios/quad group accommodation. Recommended for non solo guests. Rulebook and local recommendations provided are clear and easy to follow. Neighbourhood is mostly peaceful with shops and eateries being within very walkable distance, hence the place being a potentially strategic base to get around Perth. Keypad exit/entry mechanism at the house is very efficient, no need to carry house keys around. Just that if one prefers preparing/eating food at home, washing dishes and cleaning up afterwards can be a bit time consuming as there is no dedicated kitchen sink. With the rooms being at the front half of the house and separated from the rear half, guests privacy is assured.
East Victoria Park is home to one of the best restaurant districts in Perth, the Albany Hwy restaurant strip. It has all manner of cuisines available from many highly rated restaurants, you'll be spoilt for choice.
Being one of the innermost suburbs to the city centre it's also close to most things. A short bus ride into the city or the Swan River and only a 25 minute drive to some of Perth's best beaches or a 25 minute drive up into the hills to walk the local bush trails.
There are 4 different buses within ~6 minute walk from the house that will take you to the beautiful Swan River in 5 minutes or all the way into the very center of the city in ~20 minutes.
