Great location especially because we stayed here for a month with a toddler! Host was responsive and communicated well with us. The only thing we weren’t a fan of was not having hot water while showering other than that it was worth the price.

We enjoyed our stay at Duy’s apartment. The place was clean and free of clutter. It was as described in the description. AC worked well, great water pressure, and hot water. Plenty of marts, restaurants, and playgrounds around the area. It is not close to District 1. Duy provided information for the bus to district 1, about an hour ride and cost 7000 VND. Unfortunately, we could not use the pool, there is a rule that guests have to stay 30+ days to use.
