Located in the acreage suburb of Chandler in Brisbane, this little guest house is a new addition to the main residence. Set on a two-acre block, with large areas of green space to explore and relax, whilst also enjoying lazy days by the pool. The property is a 15-minute walk to Sleeman's Sports Complex, a 5-minute drive to local shops, 25 minutes to the City and 10 minutes' drive to Carindale Shopping Centre. The Guest house consists of one bedroom with Queen bed, with cupboards and desk space; a combined kitchen, dining and lounge area; a spacious bathroom and laundry facilities, making it fully self-contained. We have space to add a single bed to the main bedroom if you have a child.

Chandler is approximately 15kms from the city and is a semi-rural suburb consisting largely of bushland and residential properties. The Sleeman's sports Centre is close by as well as the popular "Nurso" a nursery and cafe. Chandler is close to Moreton Bay and access to the motorways are close by.
Our property has a back gate that adjoins a main road where there is regular buses that travel to Carindale Shopping Centre and the city; however the lack of footpaths means that it is an uneven path to the bus stop.
