Spacious apartment of about 100 sqm located on the ground floor of a building with elevator, able to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The property, equipped with all the main amenities, is located in a strategic position, a few steps from the port (2.2 km) and a short distance from the beaches. The area is served by all the main services: bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The interior space is composed as follows: - BEDROOM 1 with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers; - BEDROOM 2 two single beds (one pull-out), wardrobe; - LIVING ROOM with sofa, TV, table and chairs; - KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), table with chairs, moka coffee maker, fridge freezer, oven, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses, balcony; - BATHROOM with shower, bidet and toilet; - BALCONY with sofa, table and chairs, washing machine. Die Wohnung war wie im Inserat und auf dem Bildern abgebildet. Es ist eine große Wohnung im Erdgeschoss, sehr gut erreichbar. Von der Straße hört man nichts, die Wohnung geht in den Hinterhof. Das Haus ist aber etwas hellhörig und die Eingangstüre müsste dringend gemacht werden. Sie quietscht bei jedem öffnen und schließen. Sonst gibt es nichts zu beanstanden :-) Wir haben nie gekocht, aber die Küche war gut ausgestattet und es war alles da, was man gebraucht hätte. Es war nicht ganz so zentral wie wir dachten, aber in knapp 30 Minuten war man zu Fuß im Zentrum. In der Gegend gab es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und direkt gegenüber ein nettes Café. Restaurants waren noch nicht alle geöffnet um diese Jahreszeit, aber mit dem Auto kein Problem. Ein großes Plus ist der Parkplatz, der zur Wohnung gehört. Die Gastgeber haben wir nicht persönlich kennengelernt, aber sie waren jederzeit für uns erreichbar und der Check-in war sehr einfach. Vielen Dank!
