North Taieri Cottage is located towards the front of a 𝟭𝟬 𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗹𝗲𝘁, which is shared with the main house. Furnished with harmonious soft blues and greens, this luxe modern one-bedroom cottage is a peaceful haven with amazing views across the beautiful Taieri Plains' countryside. The cottage boasts several eco-friendly features such as double-glazed windows and skylight, chemical-free water treated by a Whole of House Water Filters and Ultraviolet Light Treatment System, a Saniflo Macerating Toilet and a Daikin Heat Pump/Air Conditioner. The 𝗸𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲 is thoughtfully equipped with a portable hot plate, microwave, small bench-top oven, toaster, kettle and numerous essentials. A selection of delicious T2 loose teas and Twinings teabags is provided together with Cadbury's Drinking Chocolate, LÁffare Primo Roast Plunger/French Press coffee, Moccona Classic Medium Roast instant coffee, raw sugar, white sugar, cows' milk and oat milk. The 𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗲 space boasts a Daikin Heatpump/Air Conditioner for comfort, a 40" flat screen high definition Sony TV and a HDMI cord for binge watching the latest season of "Under The Vines". Tucked away is a compact desk and office chair providing a quiet space for work or reflection. The 𝗯𝗲𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 offers a comfortable modern queen sized bed, 2 wardrobes/closets, a garment steamer and a clothes airer. The 𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 features an eco-friendly macerating toilet, a beautiful large floor- level tiled shower, a vanity unit, a heated tile floor, a heated towel rail and a fan heater. A hairdryer and Ecostore handwash, bodywash, shampoo and conditioner are provided. Once you’ve settled in, retreat to the secluded 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮, enveloped by lush greenery and gently fragrant flowering bushes. A beautiful setting to unwind and savour the peaceful ambience. More than I expected and well worth the stay. Easy to locate from the airport and a few minutes drive to Mosgiel. Lovely setting, great outlook and comfortable. Would highly recommend if you are looking for something in the rural area, as its approximately 15 - 20 minutes drive to the city.
another lovely stay at Frances's gorgeous place . This is a peaceful warm and relaxing place to be, it made me smile every time I walked in after work. All the extra little things make you feel at home and very grateful for the extra garden produce and chocolate when I arrived.
This is the best set up Air bnb I've stayed in , without a doubt. it is beautifully decorated light airy and spacious, in a private peaceful setting. So much thought has gone into all the little things that make you feel like you're at home , and never want to leave ! The kitchen is well stocked and the extra treats were much appreciated. Bed was super comfortable and shower perfect. I loved staying here and have already booked another stay.
This has become my new 'go to' for any time that I travel to Dunedin now! What an absolute treat to find Frances incredible Airbnb. Frances epitomizes hospitality, her warm welcoming hospitality, proactive communications and the care and attention she shows in her Airbnb all made it an excellent decision to stay. Self check in was a breeze with easy to follow instructions. The shower was incredible! I love the the sustainability initiatives shown in the space as well. Parking was with a dedicated car park outside the guest studio. Important to note that the main city of Dunedin is an approx 20 min drive away, along with cafes etc (so a car is helpful if you're staying here). The bed was super comfy and it was a shame I had to hit the road early home, I could have easily stayed longer and slept much later! This place is a gem to find! If you're looking for a restful place to stay with an exceptional caring host - this is your place! Thank you for a great stay Frances!

North Taieri Cottage is just a 20-minute drive from the Dunedin CBD, a 5-minute drive from Mosgiel and Outram, and a 14-minute drive from Dunedin Airport.
A car is recommended as there is no public transport available from the cottage.
