The building is very nice, the unit was bright, clean, and airy, the views are beautiful. Covered, off street parking is great. Very nice location, lots of places to eat within walking distance. The beach is within walking distance too.

While the space was nice, it was not the apartment we thought we were booking based on the photos, 100% not the same space. The listing also spoke of a fireplace and there was none. It was like they coppied and pasted from a different listing that they had just to get this one active. It was a new listing for them, which was obvious in the lack of ammenities in the kitchen and there were no towels for the pool available. For instance, I made a salad in a stew pot because there were no bowls. The kitchen was bare bare minimum. That being said, we were asked to put any deliveries in the closet that may come during our stay, the boxes were so big they didn't fit so they were piled up against the wall in the kitchen, about 7-8 large boxes to be exact. Like I said, the place was nice, but I think they jumped the gun in listing it as it was not completely ready for guests. All in all it served its purpose & I say all of this as an airbnb host for the past 10 years.
