Overall stay was great. View from the apartment was beautiful from the balcony to the back rooms. Very convenient location with shops and restaurants near by, and walking distance to O Compo de Sao Francisco. Had a few issues with understanding how the parking worked for the building and had to return to pay the apartment host after checking out but that would be my only downside of the whole stay.

This place was so perfect for us! Super clean and location was perfect. So much to do within walking distance. Beautiful ocean view from our apartment. Host was very helpful and responsive! Totally exceeded our expectations! Thank you Maria and Jose!! Will definitely book again in our future visit to são Miguel!

Location was perfect…. Walking distance to the pier and many restaurants. We chose to park underground (approximately €10 per day), but free parking is available on nearby streets.

O apartamento é muito agradável. É de destacar a sua ótima localização, no centro da cidade de Ponta Delgada, perto de supermercados e restaurantes. O alojamento dispõe de ótimas condições, e de variados eletrodomésticos nomeadamente máquina de lavar e secar roupa, e ainda, secador e placa de alisamento para cabelos. Um ponto a destacar, é que é localizado num local silencioso e dispõe gratuitamente de internet. Recomendo totalmente! Sempre que foi necessário liguei ou mandei mensagem ao proprietário e este foi sempre muito simpático e compreensivo.
