This host was very accommodating and the unit and building are beautiful! The best thing about this rental was that although you have the space and privacy of a condo, you feel like you are at a luxury hotel when you come and go. There is valet parking to take and get your car whenever needed, and front desk people to help with questions any hour of the day. While there is a lot of activity and things to do near by, being a short walk to the beach, this location can be noisy when you are trying to sleep at night due to cars/scooters on the road and people who are having a good time. I recommend bringing a noise machine to block out sound in the ocean view bedroom. Otherwise, this unit was VERY well stocked with needed items, including a weeks' worth of needed items you would typically have to buy when you rent a condo (toilet paper, paper towel, kleenex, dish soap, etc.). So I recommend checking the unit for your needs before you shop! We loved this place and would come again!

Overall, this is a great spot. My only real issue with our stay is that my husband forgot his computer charger at the unit. My husband works from home so his computer is his business. The charger is very specific and not easy to replace and we live on Maui Hawaii so it would have been easy to send overnight from Honolulu. We sent messages and offered to pay for the shipping via any online payment app or any other way but our manager, Byron not only did not send us the charger, he would not even answer calls or texts.

Unfortunately the host / property manager that I was given Never returned my call or text messages. Standing there like a idiot with my family after a flight cancellation. And no response on how to get in 3 hrs we called and sent text. So upset I will stop here because it’s just gonna get worse. I will never use these guys again.. nothing worse than standing around for a phone call that never came for our check in instructions. The valet finally was able to help and get us someone. Even called the Capt Cook information number supplied snd never heard back from them either. Extremely poor communication.
