🌟 Fully renovated - 1 Modern Style (1Bed/1Bath) & 1 Old-Fashioned (3Bed/1Bath) 🌟 Wi-Fi & Smart TV 🌟 Kayak Rentals 🌟 Fire Pit, BBQ Grill & Swing overlooking the Bayou! 🌟 Washer & Dryer in 1 cottage ‼️ Other Things to Note ‼️ • $200 Refundable Security Deposit • Please read all descriptions, and check email/messages as we send more information leading up to your stay! • Area outside your cottages may be shared with property management or kayak renters (opposite side of property). Cottages on the Bayou is a 2.5 acre property right on the Vermilion Bayou and is surrounded by nature’s beauty. You can take a walk around the property or use one of our many outdoor amenities. (Guests have sole access to their cottage and patio. Shared space for the remainder of the property.) Note: We are located off a main roadway but are currently planting trees and designing a landscape to act as an extra sound buffer. Also, please be advised that we are currently renovating two other cottages on the property.

The Azalea and Evangeline Cottages are located only 1 mile from the Airport, 2 miles from UL’s campus and minutes away from Downtown Lafayette. Easy and quick access to Highway 90 and from there to Interstate 10 and 49. We will email all of our guests a customized digital Welcome Guidebook that will help easily locate all the great restaurants, attractions, parks, live music, etc. that Lafayette, LA has to offer!
Both cottages are easy to get to, whether you’re coming from the inner city or the highway. We are located right off of a main road - no winding dirt paths to navigate!
