Welcome to our recently built 3BR/2BA home with mountain views in Redding! We're located just 5 minutes from trails for hiking and biking, 15 minutes from both Whiskeytown Lake and Lake Shasta, and only 10 minutes from downtown Redding for dining and entertainment. We have modern amenities, TWO king beds, a fully equipped kitchen and a serene patio next to a field for increased privacy! Our place is perfect for families or groups up to 8 seeking adventure or relaxation. Book your stay now! Our property boasts plenty of natural light and mountain views throughout. The master bedroom features a king size bed, a walk-out sliding door to the backyard patio and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and walk-in closet. Our home's second bedroom also has a king size bed. The third bedroom has a queen size bed along with low-to-the-ground twin bunk beds. The double kings and room layouts makes our property ideal for families traveling together or groups of up to 8 allowing everyone to sleep comfortably. Our backyard features private fully fenced in backyard, a propane fire pit surrounded by a couch and four chairs for relaxing. For entertainment, the living room as well as each bedroom has a smart TV. We've included multiple games and a fully equipped kitchen for comfortable hangouts and dining in.

Great place to rest and enjoy slightly out of town but the peacefulness more than makes up for few more minutes drive to town. Fit my situation perfectly. House was well equipment for anything you might need or want. Highly recommend if your in area and are in need of a place.
Amy and Aaron’s home was just like the photos! Such a beautiful and cozy home. Me and my friends stayed at their home for 3 nights to attend a conference. They are thoughtful hosts and had a variety of teas with honey sticks and coffee pods available. It was so sweet especially because many of us are coffee and tea drinkers! My friends and I appreciated how clean and intentional they were about making their home so comfortable.
Perfect for our needs visiting local family, AND for bringing our 2 dogs. House is configured in a way that is esthetically pleasing and dog friendly. We travel with our dogs beds and crates, and there was plenty of space to arrange those items without impeding our flow through the house. The backyard fence is well constructed so no concerns of escape, and the yard was well maintained/mowed. We will most definitely be back for our regular visits.

This is a great home to stay as a family. Super clean, and has everything you can think of. Amy & Aaron were very responsive when we had a question. I would definitely go back if I can.
