Each cabin is a separate structure built in 2023 and has their own water view in opposite directions on our 3-acre property. Just minutes from the trendy small of town of Belmont, with popular restaurants, pubs and boutiques. The National Whitewater Center just 20 min away. Owners live on adjacent property, so you'll almost always have on-site support. A lighted path leads from parking through a natural area to your cabins. The RiverSide cabin enters to a main room with a kitchen on one wall and two large picture windows with views of the river on the other. A leather recliner sofa and dining area complete this space. Around a corner is your bedroom and full bathroom with another picture window providing views from your pillow. This cabin comes with a fully-equipped tech package w/Smart TV, sound bar and Wi-Fi. The back deck provides access to the river and 3 acres of waterfront to explore. The LakeView cabin has a 16x16 deck sits in front of the entrance with outdoor dining and lounge chairs. The main room has a full kitchen and dining area to the side along with a sofa and chairs facing two large picture windows offering views of the lake. On the wall opposite the kitchen is a fully-equipped tech package w/Smart TV, surround sound speakers and Wi-F, along with a small office space. In the back of this space is your bedroom behind a movable screen that allows stunning views from your bed. A modern bathroom with floor to ceiling showerr tiles completes your cabin.
