自我介绍

I am a proud Peruvian who is passionate about music, photography, and history. Born and raised in Peru, I grew up on a ranch of 2,500 acres in the Mantaro Valley (Huancayo) and have lived in Lima since the age of 8. I am an architect, entrepreneur, and world traveler. My greatest assets include my energy, positive attitude, perseverance, and attention to detail. In 2002, I started a business during my college days. I rented an old, small building in Miraflores, remodeled it, and turned it into 10 fully furnished tiny studios for rent. Additionally, I spent several years in Boston, Minnesota, and Utah as part of my internship programs. In my free time, I love watching sunsets, reading, swimming in the ocean, fine dining, and spending time with close friends. In addition to renting, I am also the director of a real estate boutique firm, I am proud to have a great team working for me and my goal is to make your experience unforgettable.
