Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This newly built 2-story lake house is equipped with large front yard that overlooks Richland Chambers. The property is located on the south side of the lake where the Summer waters are calmer and the waters are deeper. Protected cove with approx 150 yards to wide open water. All new furniture throughout the home. Property has a new boat dock and 2 covered pavilions.

12 of us stayed here to view the eclipse! The house was a breathtaking as the astronomical wonder we witnessed! The space is so great for families—open large kitchen and living room. Everything was perfectly appointed—down to the labels on the light switches! We played games they left, grilled out and enjoyed the patio, and enjoyed the large luxurious showers! :) We would love to return to fish sometime soon. This place was great. Thank you for sharing it with us!
Hands down one of the BEST places we have stayed!! The host went above and beyond making sure everything was ready and welcoming for us!! The house is absolutely stunning!! It is so peaceful and beautiful! We had a blast fishing and will cherish the memories we made while staying there! Anyone looking for an absolute amazing place to go for a family getaway this is the place and I cannot recommend it enough!! The host are just as amazing as their property and we truly can’t wait to go stay there again!!
