The property is located in the center of Palermo, a few minutes on foot from the famous Massimo and Politeama theaters and a few meters from the "Molo Trapezionale" and the beautiful Dancing Fountain. The accommodation consists of a kitchen, a bedroom and a balcony. *Airport shuttle service from/to Palermo Airport available upon request* The inside is organized as follows: - KITCHEN with induction hob, fridge with freezer, capsule coffee machine, oven, wine glasses, dining table and access to the balcony; - BALCONY with chairs and small table; - BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with shower box (with chromotherapy and waterfall shower), sink, bidet and toilet. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split in the kitchen and bedroom), central underfloor heating, insect screens, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

Overall it was a okay experience. The WI fi and TV was not working, and was really difficult for me to work from home.
Amir was a great host, gave us recommendations and communicated very well. We had some trouble with electricity while using the oven and you can hear cars on the street. The apartment was clean and has a nice location.
Everything’s just perfect, starting with the welcome by our personal assistant Amit and the flat itself was outstanding! Exactly what the pictures promised! We can recommend staying there 100 percent :)

The apartment is located in a strategic area of Palermo, a short distance from the Politeama Garibaldi Theater and the Massimo Theatre, in a quiet area but characterized by all the main services. The main points of interest in the city can be reached comfortably on foot or by public transport: the Palermo Cathedral, the Palatine Chapel, the Zisa Castle, the Capuchin Catacombs, the Quattro Canti and the Praetorian Fountain. In the center it is possible to find characteristic restaurants and pastry shops where you can fully enjoy the culinary tradition characteristic of the city and the region.
A few steps from the property, in the Marina Yachting area, it is possible to find the surprising Dancing Fountain, the largest in Italy, with extraordinary evening shows.

- From Palermo Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment with bus no. 101, from Piazza Giulio Cesare for 6 stops and get off at "Roma - Poste", a 5 minute walk from the apartment.
- For those traveling by car, the apartment is in a restricted traffic zone. It is possible to park (for a fee) at some car parks such as O.S.P. S.r.l. Amari car park, in via Francesco Crispi, a few minutes on foot from the property, open 24 hours.
