Beautiful house and great amenities

The place was perfect for our family!! Plenty of space, very clean! Just as pictured!! We loved having access to the golf cart, it was fun and easy to get to the beach or run down the street for ice cream!! We loved having our morning coffee out back. We saw sting rays and dolphins in the morning. It was perfect!!

Great house right on the water. Golf cart very handy to take to the beach and restaurants. Loves the guide book with restaurant recommendations - we used it for everything. Most things walkable from the house as well but it was nice to take the golf cart especially to carry the beach equipment. Definitely recommend!

Decided last minute to spend a night with some work friends in IRB before heading to Tampa for a meeting and I’m so glad I did. Beautiful house on the water, so peaceful and relaxing. It was only 3 min from the beach which was clean and lovely. IRB is such a cute little area with plenty of restaurants and bars! The host was immediately available which is always helpful. Perfect getaway for a day and would definitely come back if the chance arises!
