Surrounded by nature, with no direct neighbors and with a magnificent panorama view over the lake and the alpine mountain landscape directly from terrace, balcony or even bedroom or living room windows, you find this recently built house with all the comforts of a modern home but a comfortable rustic atmosphere with natural stone and wood and a big private garden. CIR: 097008-LNI-00071 The house is set up on two levels with the ground floor made up by a spacious living room with functional fireplace and access to garden and terrace on three sides, the kitchen and a small bathroom. On the upper floor you find three bed rooms with two beds each, two of which have access to the balcony with a magnificent lake view, and the main bathroom. The big private garden surrounds the house on all sides and is a great place for children to play. There is a barbeque area and ample space for outside dining with the benefit of mountain and lake panorama as well as – at the right time of year – the beauty of a magnitude of blooming flowers. The small creek, that runs down the hillside and forms the southern edge of the property, creates a relaxing nature soundtrack and is another opportunity for children to play.

Magnifique séjour dans cette maison. À l’abris des regards, avec une vue panoramique sur le lac. Jardin très fleuris et surtout extrêmement agréable, nous avons passé presque tout le séjour dans le jardin avec ses différents endroit où se reposer, où faire des BBQ, grâce à son exposition plein Ouest et donc le coucher du soleil derrière les montagnes. La maison est très fonctionnel, beaucoup de charme. Comme à la maison. Enfin l’hôte est très réactif et très accueillant Je reviendrais.
The house has an amazing view with beautiful garden. We enjoyed spending every second in this cozy home. Jan was very responsive and helpful whenever we reach out. He provided us with instruction and house rules which was really useful. Definitely recommended this place!
Tutto stupendo, come da descrizione. Vista meravigliosa e casa fornita di tutto il necessario, come a casa. l'alloggio è isolato, ma per noi non è stato un problema. l'ultimo tratto di strada per raggiungerlo non è dei migliori, ma basta fare attenzione e guidare con prudenza. Consiglio di fare la spesa a Bellano o dintorni prima di arrivare all'alloggio, in quanto non c'è molto nella zona limitrofa. Una volta arrivati alla proprietà bisognerà percorrere una lunga scala abbastanza ripida, potrebbe non essere adatto a chi ha una mobilità limitata. Il giardino è davvero meraviglioso, e il ruscello, il barbecue e il camino sono sicuramente un grande valore aggiunto. grazie di tutto!
The view from the house is stunning! The place is very cosy, great for relaxation, the garden has plenty of beautiful plants and flowers.

Surrounded by nature with mountains and forest, the house is on a small road with only the occasional car passing by. There are two "Agriturismo" within walking distance with an option for dining as well as farm activities for children.
Hiking and mountain biking is possible directly from the house.
In the woods or on the pastures below and next to the house you may spot the occasional chamoi or deer and at the right time of year this is a good area to look for mushrooms.
You can reach Bellano or Dervio and the lakeside in 20 to 25 minutes by car. There you can find supermarkets and all amenities. The closest small shop is in Narro, a few minutes by car.
Several charming villages can be reached on foot from the house, while more are further up the Valsassina valley, easily reachable by car.
