There is a 24-hour convenience store just one block away. There is a Carrefour Express next to the accommodation and a Buenos Días supermarket around the corner. The La Cañada Creek passes half a block from the accommodation. The Municipality of Córdoba is across the street. Courts are one block away. Nearby, you can also find several banks (BBVA, Galicia, among others).

There is metered street parking from 08:00 to 20:00. An app called "SEMM" is used for payment.
There are also covered parking options in private lots, available both hourly and for extended stays. Several options with this arrangement are located within a two-block radius.
