Me and my friends had a wonderful weekend at UpNord! Valentina was very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay very special. The house was cozy and clean, creating the perfect environment for a relaxing stay. Wood-burned hot tub in the evening under a starry sky - what else you can dream of after hours of hiking😍 The location was also convenient, with easy access to all the major attractions. We will definitely choose this place next time visiting Tobermory!

We had a wonderful stay at UpNord - it exceeded all expectations!! Place is cozy, great size and modern with personal touches (like handmade furniture, wow!). Super pet friendly as well - our pup was so happy to explore the surroundings! Hot tub was an experience in itself - it added that extra special SPA feel. If I could, I would give extra 10 stars - Thank you, Valentina, for creating such an oasis in gorgeous Tobermory 🌟

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at this cozy cottage and Valentina was a fantastic host. We loved the cozy and modern interior that had everything we needed and more. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were so soft. The internet speed was very fast, which we didn’t expect for the area. We also loved the hot tub! We’ve never experienced a wood burning hot tub and found it really lovely. We liked that the water was not treated with chlorine - this experience was just out of this world. The cottage is located in the woods, and we loved the peace and quiet of the area. The lake is steps away. We explored the area, and did a few trails that Valentina suggested. We had a great time on our mini vacation. We didn’t expect to find this gem, and we will definitely be back!

We stayed here for a weekend and it was just the trip we hoped for. The cottage is surrounded by lush greenery. We slept to the gentle sound of waves from the lake and woke up to birds every morning. Inside, it's all cozy vibes. The furniture and beds were super comfy and there were even heated floors in the bathroom... wild! Sometimes I wondered why we're even going outside lol The cherry on top? There's a wood-burning hot tub out in the woods. Soaking under the stars was pure bliss and my stress just vanished into thin air. I was surprised that even in the boonies, the Wi-Fi is flawless. We streamed some movies and some us worked hassle-free (no problems with Zoom). There's a ton of dog-friendly trails around, and the lake is literally a few minutes away. Valentina hooked us up with some epic hiking tips and we had a blast. Bottom line? This place is perfect for anyone itching to escape into nature and chill out without roughing it. Perfect blend of comfort in the wilderness. A+

All I can say is WOW. We didn’t expect the cottage to be this beautiful and cozy. It was a last minute decision for us and we just wanted a hot tub. Mark and Valentina were the best hosts. We arrived and the place was lit up for us, and the hot tub was already nice and warm. We have never been in a wood burning hot tub. That was an amazing experience. Everything in the place is so beautiful, bed was very comfortable and bedding is super soft. I can’t say enough good things about this place. So happy that we were first guests. We didnt get a chance to use the firepit. But we will be booking again this summer. Can’t wait to experience the nearby beach and see everything in Tobermory when it’s warm and use the hot tub again. Highly recommend.
