I really enjoyed my stay at Grace House. I needed a place to relax and rest. There is free parking, house is very clean and facillities are more than adequate. It is a lovely place for family. Timi (host) was very helpful, welcoming with a lovely smile. I will definitely come back and will recommend Grace House to my friends and family. Thank you Timi for being a lovely host.

Timis place was amazing We felt right at home Timi communicated with me via phone from my enquiry right through booking and up until we left. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to staying again when next in this area

Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We stayed here as a family of 5 as I was running the London marathon. Great location for the start at Blackheath. Timi was very helpful, perfect host. Thank you

A comfortable cocoon gracefully decorated with 3 real bedrooms and a parking spot in the middle of Abbey Wood. What more could one ask for ? Well recommended.
