House was brand new & large enough for my big family. Decorated beautifully w/ comfortable beds. I felt though it was rented before ready. A couple of baths needed trim and paint finished, master bath room needed towel racks, several drawers in kitchen and bath had saw dust in them, the dishwasher not secured and would tip when opened, plastic still on inside of fridge, oven nor disposal worked . When we arrived , we had no internet and could not get the air to cool on floors 2&3 . I reached out that night on the app and cell , and again about 6:30 the next morning, as we needed WIFI to work. It was close to 10am before I got a response. Karthik came at lunch to check both. He was very kind and worked to get them both resolved. My other issue was the 4th bedroom was actually the master closet and only accessible through the bedroom. No door for privacy for this space. Parking was hard for 4 families. Still loved the house & would rent again as i'm sure all things will be finished
