Excellent stay at Steven’s place which is strategically located in downtown Austin. I communicated with Steven by messages as he was elsewhere overnight and he showed flexibility and clarity in his messages for my check-in (Steven even provided photos on how to find his accommodation). Please note that the mattress even if it is laying on the floor has its own rigid base so it is very confortable for a good night rest. Bathroom has good hot water shower. Wifi speed is quick. Kitchen is well equipped. Highly recommended for an unbeatable value stay in Austin.

Really nice to have an affordable accomodation and with such a convenient location, within walking distance of the main areas to visit in Austin. The Host was also very friendly, responsive, and the place is accurately described in the listing.

Really great place and Steven is an amazing host. Everything was clean and tidy. Steven was super helpful, great location and price!
