Its a 4 storied building having 6 seperate 1bhk Apartment with lift access, providing guest with 1Bhk private entire service apartment accommodating 2 adults and 1 child All rooms with balcony, kitchen, Airconditioned bedroom with attached bathroom,living room and dining space . There is six individual apartments which can be accessed through lift, entire house is yours providing clean, hygienic and fully sanitized space. living room is equipped with a smart tv, wifi available in each floor and free to use Basic toiletries like soap,shampoo will be provided( kindly bring your own bath towel) Basic kitchen needs- kettle, fridge and 20 litre packaged drinking water is available,Cooking utensils and gas stove will be provided. Kindly wash all dishes and utensils prior to leaving. Maid service for cleaning utensils will be available at extra cost can be directly paid to the maid. Washing machine is available in common space ( self serviceable) We provide reserved bike parking inside the premises and open street car parking. No extra guest allowed without prior intimation, extra guest will be charged at the property. Pets not allowed Cctv in common area with care taker and security available at the permises No smoking , parties, Loud music allowed at the property For all check in person ID is must Early check in and late checkout is subject to availability and at extra cost. This place can accommodate 2adults and 1 child comfortably , Extra person will be charged during check in.
