The co-host Ms. Lopa made sure that we have an overall great experience at their property. Also, the caretaker Hemanth was very much approachable and helpful. The location of this property is serene, you live around peacocks, other birds and their endless chirps. The place is located at a very peaceful location amidst forest. Kitchen was clean and had everything that one requires to cook.

The worst airbnb ever. We stayed in when it was really hot. Area has freq powercuts but caretaker told us it will be ok after 7. Power went off again after 11PM. Then there was no power for the entire night. And there was no power back up. It was really hot in the night and there was no light. Property is close to the forest making it completely unsafe for people to stay with no light and security. When we called the host during the night to arrange something to help us sleep- nobody responded. I kept messaging the host till 4:30 in the night. Absolutely no response. And coming to the listing - nothing like what you see in the photos or descriptions- it’s 3 acres of barren land in the middle of nowhere. There are coffee estates nearby but not part of this listing. The washbasins are rotten rejects from old hotels. Wish I could post pics. They returned my money after I raised it with airbnb. But i feel these are the kind of listings that should not be allowed in airbnb. Keep away.

My five star goes to Mr Vincent&Ms Rubeitha for instant response on inconvenience faced on account of lack of mosquito net in windows and blocked sewage drain. Their considerate and empathic view will go long way in maintaining my relationship with air bnb. I must place on record that such hosts are an ASSET to air bnb.
